Oct. 29/08 Per. B 9 Math

We got a little side tracked today when we started talking about a neat video I saw on Mr. Poworoznyk's blog. That lead to a discussion of the new CBC initiative called One Million Acts of Green. The project's goal is to encourage people to make environmentally sound choices. So we discussed what people in class were doing to make a difference or what they could be doing. The great thing about the CBC project is that they provide people with a way of tracking their contribution to the million acts, as well as a host of actions people who are interested in the environment can take. As a result, we never actually got around to math today. Oh well, no homework for tomorrow then.
